SINFO BARREL-FERMENTED ROSÉ
Limited production rosé made from grapes sourced from one of the oldest mixed-variety plots owned by the family — La Crucica, located at 790 meters above sea level, with limestone-clay soils, planted in 1945. Fermented in American oak and aged for 5 months in French oak.
A wine with a distinctive deep strawberry color and aromas of red fruits such as raspberries, currants, and cherries, combined with notes of fennel and vanilla with a subtle toast.
It offers the freshness and finesse of a rosé, but when tasted, it gives the sensation of an elegant red.
