A TEMPRANILLO OF EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY
Each year brings a significant challenge: "to create the best that the vintage can offer." If the quality is not up to standard, Sinforiano Reserva is simply not produced.
The grapes used for this wine are carefully selected from the best century-old vineyards owned by the Vaquero family, and the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for at least 24 months. It then remains in bottle for a minimum of two additional years before release.
Deep cherry red in color. On the nose, it is a complex and elegant wine, evoking candied fruit, violet and lavender flowers, chocolate, sweet spices, and creamy oak. On the palate, it is powerful and voluminous, with a well-balanced interplay between toasted oak and ripe fruit.
