Shipping Your Package

As a general rule, packages are dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received, via UPS with tracking number and no signature required. If you prefer certified delivery through UPS Extra, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us before choosing this option. Regardless of the shipping method selected, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each individually.

We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we take every precaution to protect all fragile items.
